When it comes to getting your sugar under control, you've been told countless times that you must: 👎🏻 Sacrifice the foods and drinks you love, and 👎🏻 Substitute the sweet and scrumptious foods for healthy (and not so yummy) foods Well, while getting control of your numbers is certainly priority one… Isn't ENJOYING LIFE also pretty darn important? After all, if you are forced to strip out a lot of your pleasures and favorites, what's the point? I guess you could munch on celery and drink kale juice while holding kettle bells and running on the treadmill. 🤦♀️ |
