Every month, our team here at 1st Phorm participates in a hero WOD as a group. ...and this month, we chose to take on the "MANION" hero WOD, in honor of 1st Lt. Travis Manion. While we can never fully repay the sacrifice that Travis, or any of the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedoms, made for our country... We can take the opportunities that they fought for, and give our best effort to make them proud every single day. So, that's exactly what the focus was throughout this grueling workout.
