| From Diane Schmidt, your About Home Editor It's hard to believe the summer is almost over. Sure, we'll have nice weather in September, but there's something so final about seeing the kids head back to classes. For me, that signals the time to put away the beach toys, sandals, shorts and tees - all things I love about the hot sultry days. But just because the summer is coming to an end doesn't mean you can't celebrate its departure by hosting a Labor Day party or preserving the fresh taste of summer to savor when the snow starts to fly or getting the kids involved in making their own back-to-school supplies with some fun and easy projects. |
